Valley Art Association will be responsible for your work while it is on exhibit and will be liable for any loss or damage except from earthquake, fire, or flood or damage resulting from flaws inherent in the work. The artist warrents that:

1. He or she is the sole creator of the art work and is the exclusive owner of all rights to the art work.

2. The art work does not infringe upon any copywrite laws.

3. The work does not contain anything of a libelous or scandleous nature.

4. The artist shall hold Valley Art Association and Focus on Book Arts harmless from any claims sustained relating to these warrenties, including attorney's fees and other expenses.
