Please be aware that the information in your son's Friends Request Form is used to form the classes. Please utilize the comment section on the form to add information regarding any specific educational, social, or emotional concern regarding your son that you would like our administration to be aware of.

This form does not need to be completed for students going into
a Nursery class (these classes are made according to age)
or the Kindergarten Al Pi Darko (Montessori) class.
