What justifies a refund?
A refund may be issued if you are unable to use the service you paid for due to a technical issue or service failure.If an incorrect choice was made when selecting your order, we will reach out to the laundromat owner for review. In this case, the decision to approve or deny the refund will be at the discretion of the laundromat owner.

How long will my refund take to appear in my account?
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method at the Laundromat location.Refunds can take from 5 to 10 days to return back to your account once you have recieved a refund confirmation email from us.

What payment method will be used for my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 
I didn’t receive my refund yet. What should I do?
Please check your bank or payment provider. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. If it’s been longer, contact us at support@bubblepay.com.au and we will be able to provide further infomation about your refunds status.

The Payment status says "Pending" - what does this mean?
If the payment status is marked as "Pending" on your banking app we are unable to action the refund until this has changed to "Processed" or "Complete".

Can I cancel my refund request?
Once your refund request has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If your request is still being reviewed and you have not recieved a refund confirmation email from us, please contact us as soon as possible.
