By submitting this form, you agree that IF your event - fundraiser is approved you are representing Wags 2 Wishes Animal Rescue and expected to display appropriate behavior while doing so. All volunteers working the event is expected to wear "Wags T-Shirt/Sweatshirt" so attendees know you are part of the event. Volunteer - Rep(s) for Wags 2 Wishes further agrees that all dogs are to be securely leashed at all times and handled by an approved (trained) Wags 2 Wishes Volunteer that is 16 years of age or older. During any event, all measures are to be taken to keep dogs safe, comfortable and they must have access to water.

Due to the need to drive traffic into our building to promote our Resale Shop Onsite Events and Fundraising Events will be prioritized in our selection process. In order to not overwhelm our supporters, we will limit the amount of approved events per month. Please allow 10 days for an email reply when submitting your request.

If a COI (certificate of insurance) is required, you must submit a request at a minimum of 10 days prior to event. All marketing material, post and FB events must be approved prior to posting.
