Transfer Student Housing Application

This is the Transfer Housing Application for newly admitted transfer undergraduate students only.
If you are a freshman, sophomore, upperclassman, or graduate student, please select the appropriate form here.
Please complete the following application to request your housing preferences for the 2014-2015 Academic Year. Your preferences and selections are extremely important and will aid us in the process to house you appropriately. You should expect notification of your assignment based on the schedule below. If you are seeking a single room, housing exemption or medical accommodation, please email for more information regarding this process.

 You can expect your assignment to be visible on your campus portal, and/or emailed to you, prior to July 1st, 2014. Applications received after June 20, 2014, will receieve their assignment periodically throughout the summer.

Transfers: Please select your specific room preference below. You may select from a single room or an apartment. Please plan on being placed in an apartment, as New Hall space is limited. Please know we will do our best to accommodate your request.
