Enrollment Deposit: In order to secure your place in the incoming class, and confirm your financial aid, you must submit this completed form along with your non-refundable $100 enrollment deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your tuition. If you are an international student the deposit can be refunded in the event that you are not able to obtain a visa.

Final Official Transcripts: Please don’t forget to submit your final transcript(s). All college and university transcripts must have final grades and bachelor's transcripts must bear your degree. Transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope from the issuing college/university to be considered official.
