Type of membership: 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 PLEASE READ THE DEFINITIONS BELOW THIS LIST. *
Membership definitions
(1) Entitled to all services as if Full Member. Athlete responsible for own EA registration.
 
(2)Entitled to compete for specified period only. Summer: 1st April to 30th September 2024. Winter: 1st October 2024 to 31st March 2025. Select full second claim if longer membership period required or/and want to use club facilities. Applicant must hold a valid England Athletics membership upon application or select to pay during this application.
 
(3) Does not use any of the club’s facilities for their own training or competition. Social member.
 
(4) Family club members must reside at the same postal address.

(6) Dash for Fitness members only

All membership forms will be checked to make sure the correct type of membership has been chosen.
Please choose if you want to be registered with England Athletics as a competing athlete. EA fee is £19.00 *
Select to be registered with EA. This is required for competition. All Juniors are expected to compete.
If you select to be registered as a member of England Athletics we will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). It is vital, therefore, that a valid email address is given, so that you can ensure that your data is correct and so that you can set your own privacy settings. If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org. *
All club members including coaches, officials and parents or guardians of junior members must abide by the applicable England Athletics Codes of Conduct. The C of C can be read here

The subscription is payable once submitting this form, but will be returned in full in the event of non-election. 
By submitting an application for membership of Hillingdon AC you agree to contribute to the club in either an athletic or a voluntary capacity.  All club members are expected to compete or contribute to the running of HAC. This can be acheived in many different ways. Compete in club events, join one of the clubs' committees, coach, officiate, marshal at events, provide articles for the website and newsletter, organsise sporting and fund raising events and much more.
Subscriptions are due on 1st April each year.  Members wishing to resign should do so in writing before 31st March, or they will be liable for the next year’s subscription.
