Tugboat Roundup begins on Friday, and we are delighted to welcome you to Waterford earlier in the week if you choose to join us ahead of time. Should you decide to arrive prior to Friday, please be prepared to cover the cost of electricity ($10/day) for the days leading up to the event. Regardless of when you arrive, you will be issued a bathroom key at no extra charge, as part of your TBR registration. Upon your early arrival, please check in at the dock office.

All vessels are strongly encouraged to participate in the Tugboat Parade. Please check all that apply. *

As a participant at the Waterford Tugboat Roundup, I accept full responsibility for any damages caused by my attendance or exhibition at this event. The Town of Waterford, the Village of Waterford, the County of Saratoga, the New York State Canal Corporation and the New York State Power Authority shall not be liable for any claims for injury or damages resulting from or arising out of the use of public facilities or my participation in this event. I agree to indemnify the Town of Waterford, the Village of Waterford, the County of Saratoga, the New York State Canal Corporation and the New York State Power Authority and hold them harmless against any and all such claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, as a result of my participation in this event. This provision is intended by the parties to be broadly interpreted so as to accomplish the goal of relieving the the Town of Waterford, the Village of Waterford, the County of Saratoga, the New York State Canal Corporation and the New York State Power Authority from any cost or liability associated with the my participation in or attendance at the Waterford Tugboat Roundup. *
