Waterford Canal Festival Vendor Application

The Waterford Canal Festival is May 20th (10 AM to 6 PM) and May 21st, 2023 (10 AM to 3 PM).

This is the vendor application.

Those accepted will recieve a vendor contract and an invoice.

The cost is $100 for one space or $150 for two spaces.

The vendor fee covers both days.

A discount is available for members Capital Region Chamber of Commerce (membership does not gaurantee festival acceptance).

Priority is given to businesses local to the Capital Region and to those who can commit to attending both days.

The Waterford Canal Festival is a two day event, Saturday (10am to 6pm) and Sunday (10am to 3:00pm). Vendors may arrive between 7am and 9am on Saturday morning. All vendors are expected to be in attendance Saturday until 6pm and Sunday until 3pm. Vendors who are no-shows or opt to close or leave early may not accepted for future Waterford events. If accepted, can you commit to attending all day Saturday until 6pm and Sunday until 3pm? *

I, the undersigned, if accepted as a vendor at the Waterford Canal Festival agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations.

I agree to operate my sale area in a safe and courteous manner and to pay fees as set forth by this agreement.

I understand that failure to comply with the rules and regulations could result in dismissal from the event.

I verify that all information I have provided about my business is true and accurate.

I understand that the payment of the subject fee shall not create any property rights.

As a vendor wishing to rent space at the Waterford Canal Festival in Waterford, NY, I agree to save, hold harmless, and indemnify the Waterford Canal Festival, its sponsoring agency, Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Waterford, the Town of Waterford, New York State, the New York State Canal Corporation, their members, agents, contractors and employees from any and all liability or responsibility pertaining to any damages to person or property on the site utilized by me from said market, when such damages, or liability, arise out of any acts of my own, or of my contractors, assignees, employees or associates.
