Generic NSAG Entry Form 1 with Paypal

Eligibility: Open only to all current members North Shore Art Guild. All pieces must be no more than 42” by 42”. All work must be delivered on time, professionally wired, family friendly, and professionally presented. No saw tooth allowed. Pieces will not be accepted if they have been shown previously in an NSAG Exhibit. All pieces must be for sale, no NSF works will be accepted.

Entry Fee: $20 for 1 entry.

Membership is Students: $25.00 / Individual: $35.00 / Senior – Over 60: $30.00 / Family: $55.00 / Senior Family: $45.00
