Expressions Entry Form 1 with Paypal

Eligibility: Open only to all current members North Shore Art Guild. All pieces must be no more than 42” by 42”. All work must be delivered on time, professionally wired, family friendly, and professionally presented. No saw tooth allowed. Pieces will not be accepted if they have been shown previously in Expressions Gallery. All pieces must be for sale, no NSF works will be accepted.

NOTE: A donation for a raffle for the children’s Hospital will be needed from TWO entrants. Entry Fee: $20 for 1 entry. Each member is able to enter ONE SHOW FREE per year. If you are using this option please be sure to select it below.
