Terms and Conditions for Students Enrolling into SPC
If you provide less than 7 working days notice of absence without a doctor’s certificate, you are required to pay $40 for each client missed.
You must wear the Om Shanti College Uniform (T- Shirt, black trousers (not track suit pants), and closed shoes. If you have long hair, it must be tied back.
You must arrive at clinic at least 15 minutes before your next client.
We suggest you take a copy of this completed form and enter the dates into your diary so that you do not forget.
