Red Kite Green Mountain Group Tickets

We are thrilled to present the return of RED KITE GREEN MOUNTAIN!
 
All performances will be held in Chicago Children's Theatre's new home, The Station at 100 S. Racine Ave. To reserve tickets, please complete the information below.
 
Red Kite Green Mountain is an interactive theatrical experience with live music and sensory moments created specifically for young people on the autism spectrum. 
 
Each performance is limited to an audience of 10 CHILDREN, each accompanied by a parent or caregiver. We can also accomodate a limited number of observers (other parents, siblings, etc.) in each performance.
 
Tickets are $10 per audience person. Once we receive your registration, we will contact you to confirm the reservation. All registrants will receive a "Social Story" closer to the performance date, which provides an overview of the experience and can be used to help prepare children for attendance.
 
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to make sure you find the new location and to check in with the Guest Services team.

*A credit card number MUST be used to reserve your seats, in leiu of a deposit.
You will not be charged upon completing this form. If your group intends to make full payment with another method, you will have the opportunity to indicate so. 
Lunch Needs CCT allows groups to arrive early or stay after a performance to enjoy their lunches at no additional cost to the school. We are also located two blocks from Skinner Park, if you and your students want to bring your lunch with you. *

We collect a bit of information about each child attending Red Kite productions so that we can personalize each performance and make the environment friendly and comfortable for all participants.  Please take a moment to answer the following questions for each child attending.  (We keep all information provided private, and use it only to prepare our cast and crew for each individual showing.)

PLEAE READ: Credit card information is used to hold your seats until full payment is received. 
A school or personal credit card may be used. No deposit will be charged to the card provided. Full payment is typically due four weeks prior to your attendance date by check or creidt card.
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 6 weeks prior to the attendance date. Groups cancelling their reservation within 6 weeks or less of their scheduled attendance date will be charged 50% of the total balance due to the credit card provided on this form.

I understand that by completion of this form I am placing a reservation and acknowledge that I am responsible for the payment of the seats reserved. I understand that cancellations must be made by email at least 6 weeks prior to my scheduled attendance date. Any cancelations made within the 6 week deadline will be subject to a 50% cancelation penelty. *
