We have had reports of difficulties faced by some internationals when applying for a U.S. social security card, or a GA driver's license.  If you are applying for either a SSN or a driver's license, and have been told by the agents that there is a problem with your immigration documents, please complete and submit this form so we can try to assist you.

IMPORTANT NOTES!!

***Please be sure to wait at least 30 days after you enter the United States AND
be sure you have completed your required immigration check-in with ISSIS BEFORE
you apply for a U.S. Social Security Number or a GA driver's license.  It may take up to a month before your U.S. immigration information is accessible to these offices.
