Roof Color Review Application

This application is for the purpose of a roof color change only. NOTE: A change of roof MATERIAL requires a Minor Change application and fee (see page 24 of the Design Guidelines for further details).

The following is required for a complete submission:

Complete Roof Color Review Application (confirmed submission once this form is completed)
Manufacturer-provided roofing sample(s)
$125 Roof Color Change Review fee

Samples may be mailed to or dropped off at Bald Head Association, ARC Department (mail to: PO Box 3030, Bald Head Island, NC 28461 or drop off at: 111 Lighthouse Wynd, Bald Head Island, NC 28461).
