2 Sisters Travel - Client Agreement Form

Dear Client,

As your travel advisor, I will do everything in my power to advocate for you and make sure your trip is everything you've dreamt it would be. As travel is an adventure and at times unpredictable, should there be an issue that arises, please notify me immediately and I will work with my travel partners to find the best possible solution. 2 Sisters Travel LLC, an affiliate of Travel Experts, will offer trusted and experienced vendors, but is not the source or supplier of the travel services you have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. The suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to you are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased. 2 Sisters Travel LLC cannot be held responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.

2 Sisters Travel LLC is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.

Travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety.  Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, 2 Sisters Travel LLC is not in a position to advise whether you should travel to any particular place at any particular time, but rather is here to assist in making an informed decision. To that end, we suggest you also refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).

Because of the very high level of customization and service 2 Sisters Travel offers, we charge a trip planning or management fee. Below is a list of the most common fees:

  • Domestic airline reservations and ticketing - $30 per ticket
  • International airline reservations and ticketing - $50 per ticket
  • Foreign Independent Customized Travel - $400
  • Domestic Independent Customized Travel - $300
  • Foreign Tour Packages - $200
  • Domestic Tour Packages - $100
  • Itinerary Changes - $75
Cancellation fees apply for travel itineraries that are under deposit or full payment and will be 10% of the total cost of the trip. We recommend you include the cancellation fees in the total coverage of a travel protection policy.

2 Sisters Travel LLC requests that you review your travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any questions or notice an error. Please be advised that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of the travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.

We advise you to use a credit card as this may offer the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.

We advise that some airlines may continue to operate under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for an extended period of time while they re-structure financially. Please let us know if you have questions about the airlines we have booked for you and we will provide more information so you can make an informed decision about your travel.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires passengers to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on your airline ticket and in booking records. The failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint that could cause a missed flight.  Beginning on October 1, 2021, travelers must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).

If traveling internationally, travelers must have a valid passport and, depending upon destination and nationality, one or more visas.

Note to Client: Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Agent Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at www.cdc.gov

Although rare, airline tickets, air tours or other products purchased are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. Please note that you may be charged additional sums by the travel supplier to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof.

We strive to offer exceptional service to our clients and we intend to make every trip the best it can possibly be. We appreciate your business and look forward to making you travel dreams come true.

TRAVEL INSURANCE WAIVER - There are certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy or the inability to travel due to medical or personal emergency. We understand the value of your vacation package is important to you, therefore 2 Sisters Travel LLC and Travel Experts strongly encourages you to protect your financial investment in this vacation with the purchase of travel insurance. Most vacation arrangements incur costly penalties if you must cancel. We will be happy to provide a quote for comprehensive TRAVEL INSURANCE PROTECTION. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, it may result in financial penalties for which you will be liable and may result in the need for you to make your own provisions in the event of an emergency while traveling.

COVID TRAVEL WAIVER - I have requested that 2 Sisters Travel make one or more travel bookings on my behalf. As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which 2 Sisters Travel has no control. I further acknowledge that the supplier's own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing below, I hereby agree to hold 2 Sisters Travel harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, I may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans. I understand that 2 Sisters Travel may provide Covid-19 entry information for my destination, but ultimately it is my responsibility to ensure that I have the entry requirements and documentation and cannot hold 2 Sisters Travel responsible for denied entry or quarantine and any losses therefore related.
