Dear Client,
As your travel advisor, I will do everything in my power to advocate for you and make sure your trip is everything you've dreamt it would be. As travel is an adventure and at times unpredictable, should there be an issue that arises, please notify me immediately and I will work with my travel partners to find the best possible solution. TP McCombs Travel LLC/2 Sisters Travel LLC, an affiliate of Travel Experts, will offer trusted and experienced vendors, but is not the source or supplier of the travel services you have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. The suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to you are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased. TP McCombs Travel LLC/2 Sisters Travel LLC cannot be held responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
TP McCombs Travel LLC/2 Sisters Travel LLC is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
Travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, TP McCombs Travel LLC/2 Sisters Travel LLC is not in a position to advise whether you should travel to any particular place at any particular time, but rather is here to assist in making an informed decision. To that end, we suggest you also refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).
Because of the very high level of customization and service TP McCombs Travel/2 Sisters Travel offers, we charge a trip planning or management fee. Below is a list of the most common fees:
- Domestic airline reservations and ticketing - $35 per ticket
- International airline reservations and ticketing - $60 per ticket
- Voluntary ticket exchanges - $25 per ticket
- Independent Customized Travel - $200
- Tour Packages - $100
- Cruise Bookings - $100
- Itinerary Changes - $75
- Extensive Destination Research - $40/hour
Cancellation fees apply for travel itineraries that are under deposit or full payment and will be 10% of the total cost of the trip. We recommend you include the cancellation fees in the total coverage of a travel protection policy.
TP McCombs Travel LLC/2 Sisters Travel LLC requests that you review your travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any questions or notice an error. Please be advised that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of the travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
We advise you to use a credit card as this may offer the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.
We advise that some airlines may continue to operate under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for an extended period of time while they re-structure financially. Please let us know if you have questions about the airlines we have booked for you and we will provide more information so you can make an informed decision about your travel.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires passengers to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on your airline ticket and in booking records. The failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint that could cause a missed flight. Beginning on October 1, 2021, travelers must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).
If traveling internationally, travelers must have a valid passport and, depending upon destination and nationality, one or more visas.
Note to Client: Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Agent Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at www.cdc.gov
Although rare, airline tickets, air tours or other products purchased are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. Please note that you may be charged additional sums by the travel supplier to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof.
We strive to offer exceptional service to our clients and we intend to make every trip the best it can possibly be. We appreciate your business and look forward to making you travel dreams come true.
