After an initial complementary consultation, in order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your vacation, a fee is required. This fee is due at the time of agreement and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Vacation planning involves a significant time commitment. My work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. I research hotels and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, advise on current entry requirements, send travel insurance quotes, and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as possible. This fee only covers a small amount of the time that will be spent crafting your vacation and initiates a contract between us that you intend to book your vacation through TP McCombs Travel. I do not book partial itineraries unless informed of your plans at the time of this contract. By signing this form I agree to these terms and conditions.
