Any merchandise you plan to show must be listed above.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOU REMOVE MERCHANDISE AT THE MARKET THAT IS NOT ACCURATELY LISTED IN THIS DESCRIPTION.

Event Dates: November 8th-10th, 2013

All booth requests are taken into consideration, although not guaranteed.
Booth Entry Fee Includes: 8’ table; pipe and drape decor; tablecloth & skirt; two chairs; trash can; vendor ID signage; listing on HGM map, HGM promotional materials and JLT Website.  Additional needs will be addressed in the Merchant Agreement and Handbook.  Electricity, phone lines and internet access are not included in the booth entry fee.

Premium booths are located in the front of Expo Hall near the main entrance. Grand Aisle booths are located on the main center aisles.
Booth Preference:  Please select only one booth cost below based on your booth type and standard/premium/grand aisle:

Booth Cost
$100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE WITH APPLICATION.

If you are selected, the deposit will be applied toward your booth fee and you will receive a Merchant Agreement for your review.  Merchants not selected will be refunded their deposit.  Booth space (not location) is guaranteed once Merchant Agreement is executed and booth fee is paid in full.  Total for booth fees must be received on or before September 15, 2013. Payment plans are available, please inquire.

Merchants whose applications are received by 3/31/2013 will be notified of acceptance status by 4/30/2013.
Merchant Discounts

The following discounts are available to merchants, please calculate your applicable discount (if any) and select the appropriate discount amount in the table above. Note all discounts will be verified and confirmed by The JLT.
  • Early Registration Discount: $100 (applications received prior to 1/31/2013)
  • Referral Discount: $100 for each accepted merchant you refer up to $300, Referral Discounts will be applied after accepted merchants have paid for their booth in full
  • Member Discount: $100 for members in good standing

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Please submit your $100 application deposit with your completed application. If desired, you may pay more than the required $100, up to your total booth entry fee calculated above. NOTE: Payment of any amount does not guarantee acceptance to the 2013 HGM.
