Contractor Request for Tradespersons / Office Support

The Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership (The Partnership) runs the largest public workforce development network in the nation and is the umbrella organization operating the public workforce system in the City of Chicago and Cook County. At the City’s request, The Partnership is working directly with contractors to fill positions created by the newly announced Capital Plan investments.

The Partnership is here to address your immediate hiring needs related to the City's Capital Plan.  We connect employers to a skilled talent pipeline and job seekers to opportunities for rewarding careers in Illinois' high-demand sectors, including the construction industry.

To help The Partnership understand your hiring needs and quickly identify qualified candidates, please complete this form outlining your available opportunities, both in skilled trades union positions and professional roles such as Project Managers or other roles in office settings. Feel free to add any additional language at the end of the form that will help us more accurately satisfy your individual requirements. Once completed, you will be contacted directly by a member of our team.
