Each line of scoreboard greeting allows 25 characters (including spaces).

ONCE YOU HIT SUBMIT ON THIS FORM, A PAYMENT FORM WILL APPEAR IN THE SAME FRAME ALLOWING YOU TO COMPLETE THE ORDER.

For the 2019-2020 season, the San Jose Sharks are offering completely customizable greetings.*

Your greeting will appear in lights during the 1st intermission, and you may add any greeting* to the center hung scoreboard. Greetings are only limited by your imagination and the size of the scoreboard (greetings are limited to 4 lines of text, each line a maximum 25 characters long) Scoreboard Greetings are limited to 20 per game, and must be scheduled by 9am the business day prior to the desired game date, and are first come -- first served. (i.e.: for a Wednesday game, the cut off would noon on Tuesday, for Saturday, Sunday and Monday, cutoff would be noon on Friday.)

Messages may not be used for commercial purpose; advertisements, including websites, phone numbers, and social media handles and hashtags, are prohibited; however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game.

Messages that are obscene, offensive, or refer negatively to any NHL team are prohibited. Names of NHL players are also prohibited

The Sharks reserve the right to remove or edit any message if necessary. If message is removed, there will be a full refund.

Refund policy: The San Jose Sharks and SAP Center Staff will do all they can to assure that your greeting will appear as purchased. If there is an error in your Scoreboard Greeting, including but not limited to: human errors (misspelling), technical errors (scoreboard outage), etc., you will be refunded the full payment for your Scoreboard Greeting ($75) and have the opportunity to add an additional greeting at no cost at a Sharks Game later in the season.

Cancelations made by purchaser less than 2 business days prior to the game date (ie: 9am on Wednesday for a Friday game) will recieve no refund.
