FALL 2024 INTENT TO PLAY

We're excited for your team to join us in Fall 2024!

There are a couple of steps to making that happen:

1) Complete this form

In this form you will provide:

1. Team Information

2. Team Contacts

3. Acknowledgment of SFYS Requirements

AND

2) Register your coaches, managers and players in SQWAD

Online registration opens Tuesday, May 7th at 8AM. Check out the Team Registration page on our website for more information.

You must register a minimum number of players depending on the division you'll be playing in: Click here for a summary.

Note:

Completing this form alone does NOT secure you a spot in any Fall playing league.

You must also register your team in the Sports Logic SQWAD registration platform.

The deadline to complete both steps is Monday, May 20th at 5PM. By that date you must have completed the Intent and created your team in SQWAD with at least the minimum number of players registered. It's ok if you're still waiting on answers from a few families–as long as you have the minimum by the deadline, you'll be able to continue adding players and adjusting your roster over the summer.

Are you still looking for a coach or a few players to round out your roster? Don't stress, and you should still submit this form! There are no penalties if you submit an Intent to Play, but withdraw before the deadline. SFYS doesn't place players or coaches on teams, but we do host the Player Connection page to help everyone find each other. We're always happy to provide guidance, or point you in the direction of people with better answers–submitting this form helps start the conversation.

I understand that completing this form is only the first step in the registration process for Fall, and that confirmation of the roster minimum in SQWAD is also required by the registration deadline.

I understand that I will be required to provide additional information after the registration deadline related to scheduling, practice field selection, and team volunteers.

I understand my team must be in good standing (any outstanding fees from the 23/24 soccer year must be cleared).
