This form has closed. Team Rep declaration was due by 4pm 2/27.

If you are a parent on the roster as a Coach or Team Manager, you are welcome to represent your team at the AGM, even if you are not officially declared on the public listing.

However, you will have to present proof of connection to the team as a parent as well as TM or Coach.

You may be the official team rep of only ONE team, however you may be proxied by multiple teams.
