2024/25 Specially Trained Assistant Referee (S.T.A.R.) Registration

This form is to be used by All Teams to register the names of parent(s) who are volunteering to act as the Specially Trained Assistant Referee (S.T.A.R.) for their team. Traditionally S.T.A.R. is comprised of an online training as well as a 3 hour field session.

Team S.T.A.R. FAQs

A rostered coach may not sign up as a S.T.A.R.
A team may have more than one parent S.T.A.R.
A separate form needs to be completed for each S.T.A.R.
Online modules are a component of S.T.A.R. training. It is recommended to complete the online modules prior to the field training for better understanding.
Returning S.T.A.R.s may use this form to submit their certificate of completion if their team failed to identfy them in the 'Intent to Play' form.
