The official Proxy Form will be generated once complete and emailed to you and your proxy for your records.
Election of Directors

With respect to the election of Directors to serve a term of approximately one year beginning on March 1, 2025 and until a successor Director has been elected and qualified, my proxy is directed to exercise my vote as follows with respect to each nominee identified below.

If any nominee for which I have directed a vote “For” is unable or unwilling to serve or is otherwise unavailable, the proxy holder shall have discretion and authority to vote for other nominees, including nominees presented at the Annual General Meeting, as he or she in his or her sole judgment shall determine, up to the total number of votes entitled to be cast.

Furthermore, if additional nominees are presented at the Annual General Meeting other than those listed above, the proxy holder shall have discretion and authority to vote for such other nominees in addition to or instead of any nominee for which I have directed a vote “For” as he or she in his or her sole judgment shall determine, up to the total number of votes entitled to be cast. The proxy holder shall not mark a vote “For” a candidate as to whom I have indicated a “Withhold” vote above.

Except as stated herein, where the Member completing this proxy has specified a choice with respect to any matter listed above, the proxy holder shall cast the vote in accordance therewith. Should any additional matter be placed before the members for a vote at the Annual General Meeting, the proxy holder shall have discretion and authority to vote as he or she in his or her sole judgment shall determine.
