We will need a sponsor letter from their church stating that he/she is a member in good standing at that parish. Please return the sponsor certificate to the Faith Formation Office by February 4, 2024. Be sure to place the Confirmation Candidate's name on the envelope.

If the sponsor is a member of Divine Grace parish, we do not need a sponsor letter. We will be able to check our files to see if the sponsor is elligible.
