Please list any of the Baseball or Softball players in your family & provide the information below to register for your FAMILY Membership at Pitchers Edge Performance Studios.

NOTE: If registering within the last week of a month you will have access to schedule at the member rates for the last days of the current month and your payment will be posted for the first of the following month's Membership.

ONE MEMBERSHIP PLAN FOR YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY IS MONTH TO MONTH, cancel any time after the first month.

Membership plans continue monthly, and renew ON THE FIRST DAY OF EACH MONTH. cancel any time after the first month

        
All membership plans are effective on the day of initial registration, and expire the last day of that current month. Memberships will be automatically renewed and payable on first day of each month thereafter, one membership per family. Cancellation of membership will be effective upon receipt of written notice of cancellation. Pitchers Edge Baseball Club Memberships are neither pro-rated or refundable. If you are registering for a new membership during the last 7 days of a month, we will allow member access for scheduling with your member % savings within those 7 days at no additional membership cost and apply your membership payment for the 1st of the month following your registration. 

 

NOTE: Batting Cage reservations are Member's Only & for use by your Family Household Members. Coaches & Teammates are restricted from cage use without a personal PE Baseball Club Membership.

PE BASEBALL CLUB MEMBER:  $65 PER MONTH, $150 INITIATION FEE, NO Commitment

Renews Monthly on the first of each month at $65 per Month until you choose to cancel.

 

MONTHLY BENEFITS INCLUDE: Priority Online Scheduling Access, 2 Batting Cage Times, Video Analysis, 10% Savings on Additonal Training Purchases, Clinic or Camp Purchases. (excluding Ultimate Training Sessions) 
        

PITCHERS EDGE PERFORMANCE STUDIO Participation Agreement, Credit Card Authorization, Cancellation Policy & Waiver:         I agree to all the terms of this agreement, which I have read and understand, and I authorize PITCHERS EDGE to charge (debit) my credit card for my monthly membership dues as indicated by my registration and membership plan choice, plus any additional service fees, sessions  or incidental charges I may incur that are due and payable. I agree to keep a current email address on file in order to accept emails during my membership and allow a credit card saved on file with PITCHERS EDGE during my membership as a convenience to me. 

                   I am registering for a membership on this date effective today for the current month and understand that it will renew monthly on the first day on each month following today’s date until I send written notice of cancellation. Memberships are neither prorated nor refundable and are payable upon registration and therafter on the first of the month. NOTE that program offerings and rates change seasonally

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE FACILITY, CAGES & EQUIPMENT IS USED AT MY OWN RISK AND AS WITH ANY SPORT ACTIVITY, THERE ARE HAZARDS AND A SIGNIFICANT RISK OF INJURY TO MY CHILD OR MYSELF FROM THE ACTIVITIES INVOLVED IN BASEBALL PRACTICE, AND I KNOWINGLY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINE AND MY CHILD'S PARTICIPATION; IN CONSIDERATION OF MYSELF OR MY CHILD PARTICIPTING AT PITCHERS EDGE IN ANY WAY I UNDEERSTAND THAT ATTENDING THE PROGRAMS AND/OR USING PITCHERS EDGE STUDIO, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY WE DO SO AT OUR OWN RISK. Pitchers Edge and its owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or about any programs or facilities. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any PITCHERS EDGE^TM programs, We do hereby fully and forever release discharge hold harmless Pitchers Edge, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs and/or use of the facility. In addition, we agree to follow the rules of conduct and play set by Pitchers Edge. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation. If I observe any unusual unsafe or hazardous activity during participation I will remove myself & my child AND bring such activity to the attention of the nearest staff or coach or responsible adult. Consent: I the undersigned parent or guardian/participant do hereby grant authority to the staff at Pitchers Edge to render a judgment concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my or my child's participation. I do hereby authorize Pitchers Edge and its assigns to utilize any and all statistical data from assessments & measurements, photographs, pictures, video or other likeness of me, my athlete or anyone assigned guardianship to me or my athlete, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials, program development or team films.
