Students will look at the world’s major habitats and understand why certain animals must have that environment. Responsible pet ownership is very closely connected to an animal’s habitat—students will explore this connection
How should you respond in an Emergency?
Students will learn the ABCs of emergency care for pets.
Microscopes are invaluable tools to a veterinarian. Students will learn about what microscopes are and what they do to assist veterinarians practice medicine. Students will be exploring many specimens during this lab.
Giving is good for you. The veterinarian world is filled with opportunities to give back and help animals. When we help others it activates the areas of the brain associated with pleasure, social connection and trust. Join us as we do a special project to give back to the animals.
Experience and observe the compost life cycle! Students will learn the
importance of composting in today’s world and how it can help the animals around us.
