Please complete the following information to be considered as a presenter(s) for the NYACCE 65th Annual Conference. Our theme this year is Change: Challenge & Opportuntiy. All information related to name, title and organization will be printed as included on this form in the conference program. Please be sure to include job titles and the organizations full name. The lead presenter will be the point of contact for the workshop presenter team. If selected to present, please be sure to contact or copy your colleagues on all conference related information. A workshop schedule will be posted on www.nyacce.org in March 2016 to assist you in planning for your presentation.

If your workshop is selected, the lead presenter will receive a $100 credit towards your conference registration!

Submission Guidelines

must register for the conference and pay the registration fee.	will be responsible to serve as the primary contact for my workshop presentation team. will be responsible for all costs including transportation, room and board.
