EPWORTH CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your registration on or before 4:00pm, Friday, May 26, 2023, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is made after 4:00pm, Friday, May 26, 2023, the cancellation penalty is the first night’s charge per person. Cancellations after June 23, 2023 will be charged the full cost per person. Unexpected early departures will be charged for total nights reserved.
