EPWORTH CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your registration on or before 4:00pm, Friday, March 31, 2023,
you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is made after 4:00pm, Friday, March 31, 2023,
the cancellation penalty is $50.00 per person.
Cancellations after April 7, 2023 will result in forfeiture of entire per person charge.
Unexpected early departures will be charged for total nights reserved.
