Musical Accord Event Registration

Instrumental entertainment provided for event services by Musical Accord are performed on the piano, or electronic keyboard with a system set-up depending on the venue.

Terms and Conditions

Terms:

In order to register, you are required to provide the above information. In completing this registration, you confirm that you understand and agree to all the terms. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide information that is accurate and up-to-date in order to fulfill your service requests. Should any details you provide at the time of registration later change before the date of your event, you must notify Musical Accord to make adjustments to your registration in order to accommodate to your service requests.


Parties
 
Parties refers to those involved in the booking of instrumental services with Musical Accord. This agreement is made solely between the purchaser listed on this application and Musical Accord. This form and its details are not affiliated with any third parties or representatives.  Any information contained in this statement is subject to change if deemed necessary. Compensation:

Please make a full payment via Zelle, cash, or check in advance of the requested date of service no later than one week before your event. One hundred dollars ($100) of this payment is a non-refundable placeholder fee that must be presented at the time of registration. The booked musician/s must be informed for the following incidents but are not limited to: Last-minute cancellations, emergencies, severe weather or any act of God. The remaining balance of the agreed upon payment, must be provided to the musician/s again via cash/check or Zelle with the number provided to you. This payment must be made within 48 hours before the requested date of service. 

Registration Changes: Postponing/Rescheduling/Cancellations

If for any reason you would like or need to cancel or opt out of services, you agree to notify the musician no later than 3 days beforehand. You acknowledge the placeholder deposit of $100 from your payment remains non-refundable.  Should there be any changes such as postponing and/or rescheduling the date and time of your event, you understand that it is your duty to notify the musician/s to make sure of availability, clarity of service needs and requirements, and for program development. 

Performance and Breaks:  

If the venue has gear already set up in which the musician/musicians are informed they may use for your event, the musician/s are not to be at fault if they are not in fact permitted to use the said gear. If there is uncertainty, or if venue gear cannot be used for performance, you must notify the musician/s confirming this no later than 48 hours beforehand. By confirming, the musician/s can have enough preparation to bring all the personal music gear needed to perform on the day of your event. 

A brief break/breaks are required for the musician/s performing 2 or more hours long.
