This application is to request fundings for evangelistic outreach events and meetings in 2020. The deadline to submit is November 15.
All proposals must be approved by your church board prior to submitting this request. This indicates the church is supportive and committed to the proposal and its details.
Deadlines:
- To be eligible for up to 50 percent of the cost of your outreach, your application must be submitted by the deadline.
- Anything received after November 15 may only be eligible for 25% of the outreach cost.
Instructions:
- Complete one form per event.
- Start the application by clicking the "Create an Account / Login" button.
- If this is your first time, you will need to proceed as a "New User"
- If you remember your log-in, please proceed as a "Returning User"
- Record your login information for future use. Creating an account will allow you to revisit your application.
- Once you complete the application, click "Save Progress" and then click "Continue" at the bottom. This will take you to a summary page of your completed form. Check to make sure everything is correct. If you need to make changes you can go back.
- After reviewing your application, click "Confirm Order" to submit the form. Once you submit the application, you will get a success page that indicates your form was successfully submitted. You will also get an email with a copy of your application. If you don't see a success page or an emailed copy of your application, it means that your application is incomplete and we have not received it.
