Terms and Conditions
I am willingly participating in the fitness programs provided by Lidia's Group Fitness (LGF). I hereby agree by operation to hold harmless LGF, and to assume complete responsibility to defend, pay or otherwise settle any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action of every nature and character whatsoever in law or equity for loss, damage, actions, or injury to any and all persons or property arising out of such participation by me. I further agree to release and discharge LGF and to include their agents, their heirs,successors, executors, administrators, or assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, of every nature whatsoever arising out of such participation, and to indemnify and hold harmless LGF, its agents, their heirs, successors, and assigns from loss and damage suffered by reason of my participation in this fitness and/or personal training program.
