MEN'S COMPETITIVE A OR B DIVISION

Reserve your team's spot in BWT's Winter 2012 League & order your customized jerseys for your team by placing a $500 non-refundable deposit by Monday December 5th, 2011. The team's Registration Fees will then need to be paid by the Registration Deadline. Personalized size, number and style available on uniforms. Men's sizes are M, L, XL, XXL, XXL. To add last names on the back of the jersey please add $5.00 per jersey (No nicknames will be allowed). (Any information that is incorrectly provided will be omitted from the order.).

6. DATES & DEADLINES

Personalized Jersey Deadline: Monday December 5th, 2011 - $500 non-refundable deposit required
Reserve a Team Spot Now - $250 non-refundable deposit required 
Early Bird Deadline: Monday December 19th, 2011 (Co-Ed and Rec Division Early Bird Deadline is Tuesday Jan. 3rd, 2012)
Registration Deadline: Monday January 9th, 2012 (Co-Ed and Rec Division Registration Deadline is Monday January 16th, 2012)

BWT reserves the right to change the dates and deadlines if need be without advance notice.

7. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT - TERM'S & CONDITIONS

- DEPOSITS - Teams can ask to reserve a spot within a division for a season once a non-refundable deposit of $200 has been submitted and received by BWT once registration has opened up. The team’s spot will only continue to be held only once full payment has been received by the League Registration Deadline (see dates available online).

- DEADLINES - All teams/individuals must pay in full by the deadlines and/or allotted payment plan deadlines (if applicable and provided online each season). Any team that fails to pay the full amount by the dates or the allotted payment plan dates will be charged an additional $50 and will be required to pay the full team fee as well as any Team Bond Fee (if applicable) and the additional $50 service charge within 10 days before the next game or the team/individual will forfeit that game and all future games until full payment is received.

- REFUNDS - No refunds will be made on ANY non-refundable deposits or registration fees (partial or full
after the league registration deadline date). A $200 processing fee will be applied for any team who has paid in full but asks for a refund prior to the registration deadline.

- CHEQUE - Please make all cheques payable to Basketball World Toronto (BWT). Please Note: Any payment received by cheque and the cheque is determined to be NSF will be charged a $50.00 NSF Fee by BWT and must pay the full amount as well as the $50.00 NSF fee 10 days before the event start date or the registration will become null and void.
