Foster volunteers are highly committed people who open their hearts and homes to care for a homeless animals in need until their forever home is found. From healthy animals and to the ones that come to LHS injured, ill, too young, too small, unsocialized, pregnant, orphaned or in need of manners before they can go home. Fosters truly are our lifesavers.

* Although the Liberty Humane Society makes every possible effort to place the animals in our care into adoptive homes, euthanasia is sometimes our only option for severely sick or injured animals or for animals with serious behavioral disorders. As a volunteer with the Liberty Humane Society., I understand the risks involved in working near or with
any animal, including the risk of personal injury. On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives
and executors, I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Liberty Humane Society,
its agents, servants and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, or demands, of any nature
or cause, including costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the Liberty Humane Society in connection with
the same, based on damages or injuries which may be incurred, or sustained by me in any way connected
with my services for the Liberty Humane Society including, but not limited to, animal bites, property damage, accidents or injuries.
