All International Students on F/J visas are responsible for paying the ISCF fee each semester as part of their mandatory fees. Only students who are NOT on University of Georgia immigration documents (usually I-20 form or DS-2019 form) are eligible for a waiver of the ISCF.

International students that attending UGA with a non-SEVIS issued visa can apply for a waiver of the ISCF. To apply for this waiver, you must upload a copy of your non-UGA issued I-20 form or DS-2019 form and complete this application.

To be considered for the waiver you will need to do the following:

1) Complete this ISCF Waiver Request Form

2) Upload a copy of your DS-2019 that shows you are not on UGA documents to this form (see upload function at the end of the form)

**The waiver request must be returned by the deadline for drop/add of classes each semester.

NOTE: A waiver will not be granted if this form and all requested information is not submitted by the end of drop/add each semester.
