Accommodation Guidelines:
Accommodation is charged on a per room basis, one person per room.
Please ensure that you click on your preferred dates for arrival and departure. If you require accommodation outside the blocked dates your accommodation will be placed on request and we will contact you shortly for confirmation of availability.
Payments and Tax Invoice:
You may pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners) or by cheque and/or direct deposit (payment instructions will be included with your tax invoice)
- Credit card payments are processed via our secure gateway
Registration Changes and Cancellations:
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made before 1st of April will be refunded less 25% of the conference registration fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be given after this date, however an alternative delegate name may be submitted. Full or partial cancellations are charged a processing fee of $23.00 plus GST.
