Annual Diocese of Raleigh Homeschool Mass Sign Up Form

Hello!

We are anxiously awaiting the Upcoming Annual Homeschoolers Mass on December 7, 2012 at 10:30am at St. Joseph's Church.

We are expecting many homeschoolers for the mass, if you could help us with some of your family's statistics it would be much appreciated! Below is a list of questions that will help those planning certain portions of the event. I am sure you would agree it is important to be prepared so that everyone can enjoy the mass and the reception afterwards.
